Shipping Policy

Dispatch times All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

United Kingdom Free express delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Most UK orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch.

European Union Free express delivery on all EU orders. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Rest of world Free express delivery worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 working days from dispatch.

Customs, duties and import taxes Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Delays Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Customs inspections, severe weather and carrier backlogs can all add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of dispatch for UK orders, or 30 working days for international orders, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.

Wrong or incomplete addresses Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, though you may need to cover the reshipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage immediately.

Returns For information on returning an item, see our Refund Policy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, and EU customers have a 14 day cooling-off period.
